Madeleine McHale (b. 2002, New York) is a Paris-based multi-media artist. Her practice explores the limits, edges, and boundaries of the body through sculpture, drawing, and installation. She creates work that decodes the systems and organization of the human figure, drawing on a technical anatomy background. The systematic removal of the anatomy reveals the intrinsic structures of the body. Challenging the definition of human, Madeleine creates works that question how we qualify "body."
